Our beach house suite had everything we needed: a small kitchenette, balcony, safe, and a cupboard for clothes. We also liked the location, just a short stroll to the port front and right by the marina, with the Arenal promenade about a 20-25-minute walk away. One concern was the main entrance door, which didn't feel secure; I worried that someone could force their way in. The steep stairs and lack of a lift are also worth bearing in mind if mobility is an issue. Apart from that, we had a perfect stay and will definitely return.

The sea view is lovely, with turquoise water, Montgó in the distance, and a nice breeze. Sadly, that was the only good part of our visit to The Beach House Bar in Jávea. Wanting a drink means sitting and waiting for staff rather than ordering at the bar, and we waited about 15 minutes, long enough to forget what we wanted. Service felt like a test of patience, as if the staff were forgetful, indifferent, or idle. When it came to tipping, we left nothing and told them the word TIPS could mean “To Improve Prompt Service.” It felt more like a public service announcement than a gratuity. If you want to gaze at a bar while being ignored, this place may be for you. The Beach House looks good, but the service is utterly useless.

The Beach House studio is nicely decorated, with a great shower and a little in-room kitchen that's enough for coffee or a snack. It was just right for two people or a solo traveler, and the location was perfect. The studio is about 100 meters from the Nomad hotel and run by the same organization. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The reviews mention the outside garbage bins being emptied early, around 6AM. I didn't mind that, as it's part of staying in the city center. The sound insulation was good, we slept well, and we didn't hear the neighbors. I'd definitely recommend it.

Our wedding at The Beach House rooftop in June 2021 was magical. We had to move it from Valencia to Javea with just two weeks' notice, and Pedro and his team were wonderfully accommodating through all the stress. We'd only seen photos online, but the venue was even more beautiful in person. We booked the whole rooftop for the afternoon and evening, had the ceremony facing the sea, then tapas under the canopy in a relaxed setting, followed by paella at the main tables by the bar. The food was excellent, and the host and waitresses were so friendly they felt part of the wedding party. Thank you, Pedro and team, for a day we'll never forget!
