Allo Apartments Plateros II Centro 2 Habitaciones

From July 21st to 26th, I stayed alone at Allo Plateros while visiting my best friend, who lives in Jerez with her partner. The apartment was spotless, which mattered most to me, and comfortable in every way: the mattress and pillow, the quiet, the cool temperature, and the light. The kitchen had all the utensils a family would need, and the decor was lovely. I'd come back on every trip to Jerez. I can't imagine a better apartment in the province of Cádiz than Allo. The fully renovated building has six apartments, three on each floor, and a beautiful terrace with a jacuzzi on the fourth floor that's open all day. It was empty every time I went up, so I had it to myself. Parking was very easy. The Allo Apartments team suggested Parking Plaza del Arenal, and the parking app gave me a discount when I reserved a space. Six days cost €19.75 altogether. The apartment is right in the city center, close to the cathedral, but there's no street noise inside. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and bars with delicious food nearby, and it's a very safe neighborhood. Thanks for the hospitality and great service, and for always being so attentive to me.

It's in central Jerez and okay for two people, but really just somewhere to sleep. There's damp everywhere, holes in the walls, and exposed wires, like one of those squatter places 😂😂. Honestly, the price for what you get is acceptable if you're only sleeping there.

What a disgrace, it feels like a scam. There was no apartment, and we ended up calling the police.

After I had to cancel for valid health reasons, management wouldn’t move the booking or refund even part of it. It left me feeling that money was the only thing they cared about.
