Hotel Boutique Palacio Corredera by Casas y Palacios

My wife got really sick the night before, so we couldn't travel and weren't able to stay. We got nothing back, not even a voucher. I'd only book here if you have good insurance.

The staff were amazing and helped us book restaurants. You can also reach them on WhatsApp. When we checked out, there was an unprecedented nationwide power outage, and they helped us communicate with a taxi and offered us water. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location near bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Highly recommend!

The power cut turned our Monday, 28 May checkout into quite a day. We'd walked to the railway station, then learned the outage was across Spain and transport was in chaos. The station closed, so we headed back to the hotel. The staff researched the travel options, or lack of them, and offered us another night at a fair room rate. We wound up staying three extra nights, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout. We were there for the Jerez Motogp event, and had already appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and attentive team. It's an understated but smart hotel, perfectly placed in Jerez. Highly recommended. The staff are amazing.

The beds were very comfortable, and the climate control worked well while staying extremely quiet. The hotel seems new or recently fully renovated, with everything modern. Even the standard room, number 10, was huge, with a separate shower and toilet. It's close to everything, and there's a parking garage just 200 m away.
