The guy who checked us in was especially helpful, and his suggestions for places to see and eat were excellent. I was really impressed by his customer service. The apartment was fab, very clean, and just the right size for two. It was easy to find on foot from the train station, and the location is great, not too far from the town center.

The location was great, the place was clean, and the woman who checked us in was attentive whenever we had a question. We had a first-floor apartment that was nicely decorated. I wasn't keen on sharing the washing machine downstairs, though, and water came out beneath the shower screen. They also took a €150 deposit as soon as we arrived, which I thought was too much, and it took a week to come back. I think it should be returned once the apartment has been checked.

If you fancy a night in Jerez de la Frontera, this idyllic spot comes with dirty duvets, cockroaches to greet you, and cotton swabs under the bed. Towels are nowhere to be seen, and there are used toilet paper rolls too. Want the full experience? Go ahead and book.

María Eugenia arranged our stay and was both wonderfully kind and very professional, so a big thank you to her. My family and I had a peaceful weekend, and it cost very little. It's a great place in a fantastic location 🙌🏻

The location is good, and the quiet interior courtyards are a nice place to relax. But we didn't see anyone or get any help during our stay, and there were no towels or toilet paper in the room. Our apartment was meant for four, though it had two single beds pushed together. The sofa saved us.
