6/10
The manager was helpful, and we liked the location and our roomy one-bedroom duplex. Still, the place was noisy: we could clearly hear people in other apartments during the day and at night. The duplex itself could be noisy too, with the bedroom on a mezzanine. Our bed was uncomfortable, and getting out of it felt like rolling uphill!

The location is good, but the facilities need maintenance or the apartments will become obsolete. The air conditioning didn't work, one toilet was broken, and barely any water came through the upstairs shower. There weren't many towels, and the ones provided were very worn and old.

The apartment was clean and in a very good location in Jerez. It was nice, but there weren't enough blankets for sleeping. There was just one for the main bed and a thin quilt for the sofa bed.

There was loads of room in this great apartment, and the staff were really helpful. We decided to add an extra day, and they arranged it all after a quick WhatsApp. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jerez.

Pablo was very helpful and replied quickly and positively whenever we had a question. The place is nice, and local sights are an easy walk away. I'd recommend it.
