The young guy at reception was very courteous, and the location was good for a one-night stay, with everything within walking distance. The rooms are quite old and don’t feel suited to a longer visit, so don’t expect too much.

For what you pay, it’s a really nice hotel. The staff were very friendly, and it’s conveniently close to downtown Jerez.

The food was delicious, and we were treated well!

There was no air conditioning, and the fan they gave us was useless. The room felt like a sauna. Strange noises kept coming, probably from the plumbing, and were so annoying we couldn’t sleep. The towels were stained, and the room had only been superficially cleaned. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it. For a place in the center of Jerez, it should be better maintained. It needs renovation.

The building is right in the city center, but despite advertising parking, there was none, or they chose not to make it available. As soon as you enter the hotel, there’s a strong smell of tobacco. The room wasn’t very clean, with hair and fluff on the floor.
