Gastro Group Hotel

The apartments were very clean and nicely presented. The kitchen had nearly everything, including a dishwasher and washing machine, though it was missing a sink plug and a baking tray. There was a hairdryer in our bathroom. We’d certainly recommend staying here.

We spent five days in this wonderful apartment in the heart of Albir and were so pleased with the location. It’s close to the sea and all the restaurants and bars, in a very clean area. I’d highly recommend staying here.

After months of chasing, the insurance finally said most of our belongings wouldn’t be covered because they weren’t in a safe, though the property hadn’t provided one. The room had been broken into, and the owner had promised everything would be covered. Management has communicated very poorly and still hasn’t resolved anything despite our repeated follow-ups. Staying abroad, you expect at least this much to be handled. I wouldn’t recommend the property; I don’t feel they can be trusted.

The terrace had a lovely view, and the pool was small but nice. The apartment itself was basically fantastic, but the details let it down: over 15 days, the room was cleaned only once, and I got just one small bath foam. The air conditioning wouldn’t run at fan speed 1, Wi-Fi only worked in the living room, and the washing machine didn’t work either.
