The bedrooms are huge, maybe even more space than needed, and the mattresses are comfortable. The kitchen works well and has new appliances. The outdoor area is great, but some of the furniture is worn and needs fixing or replacing. Inside, the dining room feels small for a group of 10. The dishwasher is there, but we had to bring our own tablets, at least the salt ones, and it should have rinse aid. The washing machine also doesn't spin properly.
The pool and outdoor area are really nice, and the agency staff were friendly. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi working; when we called, the agency couldn't sort it out. There wasn't anything to clean the barbecue area with, and the supplies for the stay were sparse, just one toilet roll per bathroom and one trash bag, for example. The high deposit is a drawback.
The exterior is what earns the five stars, and it's a great place for a family break with kids. Inside, the house feels a bit outdated. The living room is the main problem, it's very small for a four-bedroom apartment.
The garden has a processionary caterpillar infestation, which puts our pet and us at risk. We also found water in the washing machine and under the sink. Apart from that, the house is fine.
There's a two-car garage, and the bedrooms are really nice. The kitchen and living room are more modest. Outside, the estate is huge, with a garden, pool, and barbecue area.
