There’s plenty of room, with separate bedrooms, a large balcony, a living room and a decent kitchen. The layout is a bit odd, but the apartments have some good amenities and were fairly clean when we arrived. As far as I could tell, there’s one bathroom for every two people, and there are several bathrooms in all.

The harbour views are fantastic, and the apartment is clean, secure, comfortable, and well equipped. There’s a lovely pool too, and L'Escala is stunning. The one thing I missed was a kettle.

It’s quiet at sunrise, with the marina just across from the apartment. You get a direct view of the bay, and the shops and restaurants are nearby without the noise.

The Wi-Fi could use work, the signal is very weak and keeps cutting out. Otherwise, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s on the quiet outskirts of L'Escala, with no nighttime noise, so the silence made for really restful sleep. We also had a spacious terrace overlooking the yacht club.

There’s a bit of noise, though I found it much like elsewhere in Spain. The residence is pleasant and well placed, just a short walk from the beach and the modern town’s shops and restaurants. The apartments are spacious and have lovely terraces overlooking the garden or pool.
