RVHotels Nieves Mar

The buffet breakfast had a huge choice, plenty of everything, and it was all really tasty. It’s about a ten-minute walk either way to the old town, with lots of good restaurants, or to the port and a big sandy beach. Booking straight with the hotel is cheaper. Our room was clean, with a modern bathroom and a powerful shower. The twin beds were huge and very comfortable, and every room has a balcony. From the higher floors, the views across L’Escala are exceptional. The pool area has a separate kiddie pool, a lifeguard, and lots of sunbeds. It’s a lovely, well-positioned hotel.

We loved spending time by the pool, and both finished our books there. The hotel sits between the north and south parts of L’ Escala, and it made a great base. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and strong shower pressure. The hotel could use fresh paint in the rooms and a bit more attention to the patios. There’s a huge breakfast, which we enjoyed a few times. I’d suggest grabbing coffee at one of the lovely little cafes north of the hotel, though.

We enjoyed our four days at the hotel. The restaurant and pool were good, and the service was nice. The sea view was lovely to look at too. The main difficulty was finding parking. A spot inside costs extra, so it isn’t free.

The rooms were very nice, and we had pleasant side views of the sea. The buffet was about what you’d expect from a hotel like this. A good hotel in general.
