Pensió Vista Alegre was a relaxed, simple place to stay, with everything I needed in the room and daily cleaning that left it spotless. It's just a minute from the beach, and the owner was helpful and accommodating, so I felt very welcome. If you found this review helpful after your stay, give it a thumbs up. I'd love to know. Thank you.

The owners were incredibly helpful when our arrival was delayed, even staying up until 2 am for us. The room was neat and good value, and the beach is just 20 steps away. It's a great pension and an ideal base for enjoying everything Costa Brava offers. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

This was our second year in a row at Pensio Vista Alegre, and I can't wait to return next year. Llucia is very nice and accommodating, and the person cleaning the rooms leaves them spotless every day. It's my favourite place to stay in L'Escala, bright and clean, just steps from the beach.

A charming, nice hotel right in town and close to the beach.

The town is getting overcrowded, which is a shame, but we'll be back. The family running the place is very friendly, and it's clean throughout. August prices are reasonable. There's no air conditioning, but the ceiling fan kept us comfortable in mid-August. Nearby parking is available for €5 a day, which is always handy.
