We’d called the number on our Booking.com reservation three times to let them know when we expected to arrive. The journey was long and we got delayed, but we stayed in touch. When we finally got there, nobody was waiting for us. Some women staying in another apartment had to give us the person in charge’s number. She answered by shouting about how long we’d taken, saying they’d been trying to reach us for two days and we hadn’t picked up. We told her we hadn’t had any calls. When she showed us the number she’d been calling, it was clear she had the wrong one, but she kept yelling. I said she could have emailed us since she had that address too, and she still carried on the same way. She did apologize in the end, but by then the experience had already been bad.

The beds were especially comfortable, and the girl who welcomed us was really helpful. Everything was very clean, and we had all we needed for a few days. The location was excellent.

It’s very clean and comfortable, just a few steps from the center of La Alberca. The manager was lovely and even waited longer than she should have because we got lost and arrived late. I’d definitely recommend the apartment.

We had a great time over our five days in a second-floor apartment. It was quiet and neither noisy nor hot, and very clean when we arrived. There was a living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, two bedrooms, and a little balcony for hanging clothes. The kitchen had everything, including cleaning supplies, and the bathrooms were well stocked with gel and toilet paper, plus a hairdryer. We were comfortable, though the sofa and armchairs weren’t great. Warmer lighting in the living room would have been nice.
