The remoteness suited us, and we got around on foot or by local bus. The hostess was warm and accommodating. We had a perfect few days and would definitely go back.

Candi was so kind, and we'd happily rent the house again for a weekend with friends. We spent a weekend there celebrating a wedding with family and friends, and everything was great: the place was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. We'd read a couple of very negative reviews and worried they might be true. They were all lies, and I don't understand why people would lie to cause harm. Beforehand, we asked if we could see the house. The hostess was happy to show us around, point out where the utensils were, and answer all our questions and concerns. Thank you, Candi, for your kindness.

The location is quite good, and the pool is very nice for relaxing. The rooms, though, have a lot of issues: one shower doesn't work, the baseboards are coming loose, and the beds are really hard on your back. There's a damp smell, too. The place is quite dirty, needs a proper general clean, and clearly isn't well maintained.

The shared pool water was unacceptable. It seemed to have too little chlorine, or another product, and stained all our swimsuits. There was also a children's play area with a swing, slide, and playhouse, but it was in poor shape. The grass had been cut but left lying around, and it was high in places. Playing on the ground wasn't pleasant, with grass and mosquito bites all over us. The whole place felt neglected. Indoors, everything except the appliances was old and dirty. Outside, the furniture was damaged, the tables were old, and the barbecue was almost unusable.
