Sono Apartamentos

The booking was easy, and the place and spa were both clean and beautiful. But if you're hoping to warm up in winter, forget it. The pool wasn't close to warm enough, and we left shivering. When we asked if they could heat it more, they said hotter water would cause rheumatism. We canceled our spa hour for the next day. The room heating didn't work properly either. When we mentioned it, they first told us to make sure the windows were shut, then said something was wrong with the central system. I didn't like how they responded, and nothing was fixed. We came to relax in a heated spa and feel warm and comfortable in the room, and that didn't happen.

A clean, lovely apartment with very friendly staff and good room prices. I've seen other hotels in the area that cost about twice as much and looked ugly. If you're planning a longer stay, the discounts make these apartments a really good option. Perfect 👍👍👍👍

Manel, the owner, was very nice and helpful, and even offered me a swim in his own pool. It's a peaceful spot in a quiet area, good if you're after nature and a chance to relax. Sono apartments are way up in the north of La Garriga, far from the city center and other places. You'll need a car even to go shopping. There are enough parking spots in the center and in front of Sono, though.

I've stayed at Sono Apartimentos for the past 5 years during FORMULA1 weekend. Last year, the man managing the place said we could book directly and get a better price than through Booking, where we usually reserve. This year I checked Booking's price and contacted Sono Apartimentos. They offered 10% off. I asked if I could call back after speaking with my travel companion, and they agreed. A few hours later, when I called to book, the price had gone up a lot and they wouldn't honor the amount we'd agreed on. They said they had understood from my call that I meant this FORMULA1 date. I'll never book here again. A very disappointed ex-customer.
