There were several grocery stores within walking distance or a very short drive, and parking on site was easy. It was also a quick, simple drive to the aqueduct, and we visited a castle about 30 minutes away. At 45 euro, it was okay. The downsides were hard to ignore, though. The air conditioner didn't work, so it was pretty hot even with the window open, and the bathroom hand towels were dirty. It was also quite loud at night because of the bar downstairs. When we said we didn't speak much Spanish, the man at the counter was rude, although the lady was nice.

I couldn't recommend this place. The room was very dusty and dirty, and the cigarette smell had soaked into the floor and curtains. I couldn't sleep well because every time I breathed in, I smelled cigarettes or tobacco. The Wi-Fi barely reached the room and kept having connection problems. It could take five minutes to connect, and even then the internet sometimes didn't work. There was also a period-stained sheet inside the cover.

For the price I paid, 49€ for three people, I'd stay again. The room had the basic things we needed, and the toilets were good. It was good for a two-star hotel.

I didn't stay there, so I can't say anything about the rooms. But the suckling pig was absolutely the best anywhere.

A clean, comfortable place for a one-night stop on the way to Santander.
