For 19 Euros, I felt I got my money’s worth. The border and bus station are both nearby. My single room had a bed, TV, sink, soap, towel, closet, hangers and an extra blanket. The bathroom was just across the hall, with the shower a little farther along. There was coffee and tea in the lobby. It’s an old-school hotel, and it reminded me of places in Paris that charge 100 Euros. So stop complaining!

The Wi-Fi was unbelievably slow. Finding the place is easy if you know the town, but difficult on a first visit. There was no soap at the sink or shower gel, though I was surprised they at least supplied toilet paper. They say it’s a two-key hotel. To me, the place needs knocking down and rebuilding.

A good budget option if you want somewhere simple without extra frills. The rooms were clean, and they even had free tea and coffee at reception, which I’ve never come across before.

The owner was very polite and helpful. The rooms are basic, as you’d expect from a hostel, but they were clean and tidy. I’d stay again in the future.
