OKU Andalusia – Alcaidesa

Breakfast on the terrace each morning was a highlight, and we enjoyed the range of dining options, from Japanese dishes at Teyo to tapas at La Bodega. The hotel is beautifully designed, with boho-inspired interiors and lovely attention to detail. We were first shown to a room with only a partial sea view. After we spoke with Amalia, the hotel manager, she handled it warmly and professionally and moved us to a breathtaking sea-view room. She also arranged a birthday cake and chilled bubbles in our room, a generous touch that made the stay even more memorable. From arrival, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The location is excellent for exploring the mountains and Andalusia, and a day trip to Ronda is a must. We had a beautiful, luxurious stay at OKU Andalusia and couldn't fault a thing. We're already looking forward to coming back and seeing more of the region.

The staff were the best part for me and my family. They were always friendly and helpful, and Amalia and the team were on hand to make sure we were comfortable. The room was spotless, roomy and comfortable, and there were lots of good food choices, especially at the breakfast buffet. The gym, spa and kids club were excellent too. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back next year.

The pool was a great place to unwind, with comfy sunbeds and just the right chilled beats. The smoothies at the pool bar were delicious, and breakfast had a huge range, including gluten free and dairy free choices, with a lovely sea view from the dining area. The hotel is very family friendly, so children were around in all areas. There wasn't an adults only pool, which didn't cause us any problems, but it's useful to know. The beach club wasn't open yet, and maybe that will be adults only when it opens. Our room was nicely designed, with a super comfy bed and a lovely shower with good pressure and reliably hot water. Staff were all very friendly and handled requests quickly and efficiently. We had a lovely few days relaxing at Oku Andalusia and would recommend it.

The people are what made our stay at OKU Andalusia so memorable. Amalia was outstanding throughout, with a warm attitude, constant attention and such genuine care. She seemed to catch the little things before we even asked, and made us feel welcome and looked after every day. The whole team showed kindness, professionalism and real hospitality from arrival to departure. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and tastefully designed. It felt refined but relaxed, a place where we could slow down and properly disconnect. We left with lovely memories and would be very happy to return. Highly recommended.
