Inmovecos Alisios 228

We felt safe here and would definitely come back. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and check in was simple. They even let us arrive an hour early at no extra charge. The apartment was clean, modern, and lovely, with a roomy balcony and access to a beautiful pool. The air conditioning worked really well and kept the place cool. The bed was comfortable, though there was only one pillow each. The kitchen had a brand new fridge, microwave, and other equipment. Bars, restaurants, and shops are very close. You can walk to the beach on either the Mar Menor or Mediterranean side in a few minutes. There’s also a bus stop at the end of the road, with routes up and down La manga or to Catagena. We stayed four nights and enjoyed it.

We spent four days in villa Gawy II in November and will definitely return. It’s a magnificent place, quiet and spacious, with everything clean and in perfect condition. It had everything we needed for a really nice break.

I’m now happily settling into my dream apartment, and I’m very grateful to Inmovecos for making the purchase such a positive experience. From my first inquiry through the final signing, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to making sure I was satisfied. They understood the local real estate market well and guided me through each step clearly and transparently. Their attention to detail and communication kept the transaction smooth and stress free. I especially appreciated how they took time to understand what I wanted and tailored their recommendations to suit me. Their contacts among reliable legal and financial professionals also made buying property in another country feel straightforward. I felt supported and confident throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend Inmovecos to anyone looking for property in Spain. Their integrity and dedication to clients make them stand out.

I’ve bought and sold property with Inmovecos, and Mike has been helpful and professional throughout. He also arranged extra services, including power of attorney and opening bank accounts. Highly recommended.
