As someone who lives here all year, I fully support the president and the administration team. They serve both tenants and owners really well and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Puerto Mar I and II is a peaceful place where you can live comfortably. Excellent!

We’ve only recently become owners, but living here has been something we wanted for a long time. The community seems very well managed, and though we’ve only been neighbors a short while, that’s already clear. The grounds are kept up beautifully, everything is clean, the pool area is wonderful, and the location and surroundings are ideal.

In my view, Puerto Mar 1/2 has been the best-managed residential complex in La Manga for years. The staff are efficient and committed. Some residents and renters complain about the rules, but they’re the same kind of rules you find in any community.

My partner bought a home there a few months ago. The cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out to us. There’s a pool and a playground for children, and when something comes up, it gets sorted right away.

⚠️Workers and residents, whether owners or renters, are treated in a degrading way. Anyone who has seen the people in charge behave with such disrespect will know why I think ASECPA’s management has been shameful this year, 2024. The leader in particular has abused their power outrageously. 🚫The PUERTO MAR COMMUNITY must not be allowed to run like a prison. 💦The POOL has turned into a circus, with untrained staff being hired and rules enforced arbitrarily and abusively. 🙅I wouldn’t want any family to go through this ordeal. Enough!
