A great residential complex in La Manga del Mar Menor, with easy access to the beaches on both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor sides. Parking spaces are limited, which helps keep the beach from getting too crowded, even in high season.

You can hear the sea from inside the homes here, since the complex is only a few meters from both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor lagoon. It's at kilometer 9.5 in a peaceful area, with apartments, duplexes, and bungalows, and most apartments look out over both seas. Residents have private underground and outdoor parking. Getting here is easy via a dual carriageway, and there are wide sidewalks and a bike path. The complex also served as the finish line for stage 8 of the 2021 Vuelta a España. A superb spot for summer holidays in La Manga del Mar Menor.
