The hiking trips with Antonio and Mario were a highlight. They showed us how to pick mushrooms, explained the traits of each kind, and pointed out which ones to avoid. Casas Río Múrtiga has everything for a restful break in beautiful surroundings, and it’s great for families too. The playground is fantastic, with a treehouse! We had a wonderful few days. Thanks so much for your hospitality, we’ll be back.
Antonio was lovely and gave us ideas for routes and things to do. The house itself was wonderful, clean, well-equipped, and roomy enough to relax. We had a magnificent weekend and will definitely return.
What a spectacular weekend, a really unique experience. Already looking forward to doing it again.
We felt ripped off after our family stayed in both houses. The fireplace gave off loads of smoke, the toilet came loose from the floor and felt like you could fall off it, and the bathroom smelled of sewage. Shower water splashed into the hallway and bedrooms. There were hardly any kitchen utensils, and the beds were folded. Everything was terrible and badly neglected.
The location is unbeatable, and the facilities are top-notch. We stayed in the smaller house and had an unforgettable weekend. When you travel with kids, feeling at home matters most, and Antonio made sure we did through his dedication and care. Thanks to Mario too for the hospitality and help. We’ll definitely be back.
