I stayed in 71 after booking through Airbnb, and it worked perfectly for one to three people. Nothing fancy, but it had what you need. The pool was great. They seem to have demolished a pool bar, though the debris is still there behind a fence. With so many apartments, you'd think they'd keep the tennis court and the rest of the grounds tidy.

DO NOT BOOK No 16 Alisios Playa (Beach at 300m), hosted by Athanasios & Mirko. We arrived at 10:30 p.m. and a girl let us in, but she didn't speak any English. There wasn't even a bottle of water left for us. The first impression was poor, and in daylight the apartment was far worse than we expected. The workmanship was shockingly bad, with marks, smears, and stains on the walls and doors. The ceiling looked like a plough had gone over it and lost. There was only one set of towels and bedding for a two-week stay, one teaspoon, no egg cups, dirt and cobwebs, and both sinks and the shower drained badly. The hot water tank produced horrible brown water. Bed headboards weren't fixed on, lights had no shades, the fan was filthy (at least it worked), and several sockets didn't work. The toaster stuck and burned the bread, the fridge door didn't seal properly, neither of the two safes worked, and the TV had no signal. Some furniture was meant to be shabby chic, but there was no chic to it, just shabby. There was no dining table or chairs, and the sofa cover was dirty. Outside was just as bad: a weedy garden, cracked and crumbling plaster, filthy old ex-bar chairs and table that looked like they'd come from a skip, a broken parasol, and a wasp nest in a vent. We didn't contact the hosts because there was too much to put right, so we just tried to make the best of it. With little effort, this place could be really nice like most of the complex, which is pretty good and conveniently close to local amenities and the beach. The pool and outdoor areas are well maintained, but there are no toilets or courtesy facilities, which is awkward with a 10 a.m. checkout. This review is only about No 16. Don't book it.

The location was great, and the rooms and service were good too. Everyone was really friendly, and we had a great time as a family. Would recommend.

We stayed for two weeks in September 2024 in an Airbnb. We had a lovely time and would come back, but the complex isn't quite what the photos suggest anymore. It seems to be mostly privately owned homes, with only a few apartments available to rent. From the outside it looks good, though some parts are tired and need repairs or an upgrade. The grounds are kept very well. A maintenance worker was around every day emptying bins, sweeping, gathering leaves, and checking the pool water and chemicals. The gated entrance uses a key, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The pool area is more worn than many pictures show. The main pool has cracks and damaged flooring, and most loungers have had a lot of use and need replacing. The children's pool looked in better shape, though on one day its water had a green tint. Still, the freshwater pool is heated, so we used it often. There were always loungers available, since it's mainly a residential complex, and nobody needed to reserve them. There are no parasols unless you bring your own, but you can have your own food and drinks by the pool and use inflatables. The tennis court and football pitch are falling apart, including the damaged cage around them, so I wouldn't plan on using them. There's no longer a pool bar or restaurant, which we already knew. The old restaurant space is now used for pool chemicals and maintenance gear, while the former bar sits empty and rotting beside the pool. The location is excellent: five minutes on foot to Villa Comercial El Campanario and the main strip/Hiperdino, ten minutes to the beach, and a 10-minute drive to Supermercardo. The port or harbour is a 20-30 minute walk, depending on the route. We really enjoyed the holiday and would return if we came back to Corralejo. It's not the place for a five-star stay, but it's a quiet, relaxing self-catering complex in a great spot. I took off a star because the facilities need better upkeep.

It's a friendly complex in a really good location, though your stay depends on which apartment you get. We had number 72, which was very basic and had just enough for a comfortable visit. The shower was good, and the shops and town are only 400m away. But the fridge should be bigger, the outdoor furniture needs improvement, and the sofa bed has seen better days. Cooking was a bit of a pain too, with no oven and only two hob rings.
