The location makes it easy to get to shops, the beach, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was freshly made, tasty and had a good range of options. There was plenty of room in the pool area for everyone, and the shared spaces were very good. Our rooms were spacious, with two bedrooms upstairs, and the kitchen was well organised with good-quality equipment. The bathroom looked a little dated, but everything worked fine.

We were planning a 28-day stay to mark the start of our retirement. On the morning of day 11, I tripped and broke my hip. After surgery at the Hospital in Puerto Del Rossario, I was discharged three days later. The support the staff gave my wife and me, both at the hospital and after we returned, was amazing. The whole team were so accommodating and helpful. Pablo, Emanuele, Erica, Alvaro and Alex the Manager deserve special thanks, and I’m sorry if I’ve misspelt anyone’s name or left someone out. The cleaning team patiently moved their trolleys whenever I needed to get past in my wheelchair. The young woman who works in Waves also helped my wife watch for the ambulance on the day of the accident. The facilities, rooms and cleaning are all great, as other reviews have said, but it was the staff who made Buendía feel like a home with friends from the moment we checked in. It’s a special place with very special people. We’re looking forward to seeing you all again in January 2027, and I promise not to break anything! ❤️

We spent a week here over Christmas and it was superb. There are several bars, restaurants and supermarkets an easy walk away, and the hotel also serves a really good buffet breakfast. You can get lunch and drinks during the day too. The apartments have everything needed for self-catering, with big, comfortable beds and a terrace or balcony. Pool loungers were comfortable, and we could always find one, even on Christmas Day. When our dishwasher broke, it was replaced in under an hour. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We’ll be back!

Corralejo’s edge gives this place quiet nights, while shops, bars and restaurants are still an easy walk away. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the pool bar served really good food. We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on its separate menu, and we didn’t use the pool either. Our room was lovely, very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our things, a huge comfortable bed and a surprisingly good shower with lots of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped, and the lounge sofa was great. There was even a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived.
