Fuerte Holiday Cotillo Sunshine

I was glad to come across these apartments while searching for a place to stay. They’re practically new, well cared for, and set up to meet individual needs. The thoughtful facilities include a dishwasher, and there’s a hose on the rooftop terrace for washing water sports gear. Everything you need is within walking distance. The view over Piedra Playa at sunset is fantastic. The landlord speaks German. I’d stay here again.

The apartment was very well kept and clean, and the furnishings were in good shape. The location is superb. Before booking, communication and arrangements were excellent, and the landlord was easy to reach and very helpful. It’s a charming town that still feels unspoiled, with good restaurants and excellent beaches. We’ll be back.

The apartment was perfect and fully equipped, with a rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. It’s lovely for breakfast or a drink at sunset. The place is relaxing, and the beaches are amazing. We also got loads of useful suggestions for restaurants and short island trips. Contact, booking arrangements, and handing over and returning the apartment were all top-notch.

I stayed here in December and found the house lovely and spacious. It’s a great base for bike rides and walks along the beach. The owner, "Boris," was easy to reach if I needed anything, and was an attentive, enthusiastic host.
