Livvo Corralejo Beach Hotel

We spent a week here and would happily come back. The location is fantastic: turn right for the seafront, about 30 seconds away, or left for the strip, also about 30 seconds. The music square is no more than five minutes away. The rooms and pool look a little tired and could do with updating, but everything was clean. Our small balcony was fine, the pool was warm, and we had no trouble finding a sunbed. Breakfast was great, with cooked and continental options, plenty of juice, and a good range overall. Staff were polite and friendly. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived on Sunday, but reception got it sorted straight away. They also left a bottle of wine in the room for my wife’s birthday, which we appreciated. I’m not sure why this place gets so many negative reviews. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I stopped here during my GR131 Camino through-hike to rest and feel human again. Vanessa at reception made me feel welcome both at the hotel and in Fuerteventura. She was so kind and helpful, probably the best experience I’ve had on my hiking trips around the Canary Islands. She’s a real credit to the hotel. Great location and facilities, plus a tasty breakfast before heading back out. I’d come back for a holiday.

The location is fantastic, and we always managed to get pool beds. The pool is nice and warm, and the snack bar food and drinks are reasonably priced, with snacks made fresh to order. Breakfast was really good too, with plenty of choice. The hotel is spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the bedding was clean. All the staff were hardworking, helpful, and pleasant. Some areas are a bit dated and could use a little care, but I’d definitely return.

The rooms are enormous and have everything you might need for a week or two. There’s a heated pool as well as an unheated one, and the pool bar serves good food and drinks at very affordable prices. The hotel is right in the centre of everything. There’s no evening bar, but dozens of bars and restaurants are an easy walk away. Honestly, it’s pretty hard to find fault with the place.
