It's only a short walk from both the old town and the new, and the place is lovely and clearly well cared for. They even provide daily service, which I wouldn't expect at this price. When something goes wrong or you need help, they respond quickly and sort it out efficiently. WhatsApp replies were prompt too. Highly recommended.

The room change was handled as soon as I raised the problems, and I had a great stay in the end. My first room had ceiling stains, silicone marks and cracks on the walls, and poor insulation. It faced the street, directly over a long row of bins, including glass bins, with noise every hour that kept me awake. The second room was a little smaller. Its toilet didn't flush properly, and on a few evenings the shower was only lukewarm because the heating wasn't working. The upstairs solarium also needs attention: loose flooring, no cushions to lie on, and outdoor sockets that don't work. There's room for improvement in the details if the place is to live up to the word “boutique,” and I hope they keep working on it, especially the windows. There were plenty of good points as well. The bed was huge and wonderfully comfortable, as were the pillows. The kitchen had a juicer, drip coffee maker, fridge, and electric stovetop. They provided a welcome bottle of water and air conditioning. They swept and made the bed daily, and mopped every three or four days. There's no reception, but I contacted them through booking, and entry from outside is by code. The rate using booking points was excellent.
