La Concha del Mar Apartments

The location is spot on, five minutes from Campanario centre, the main street, and the beach. I’ve stayed five times and have never been disappointed. The apartments are spacious, clean, and looked after, though a bit dated, with restoration work underway. The open, easy access to the pool means the complex isn't child-friendly. Still, I love this little hidden gem.

The owner was really kind, and the place itself is peaceful and laid-back. I’d definitely recommend it if you want to avoid the usual cheap mass-tourism feel you often find in the Canaries.

If you're after somewhere quiet with the beach, town, and supermarket easily reached, this could suit you. La Concha del Mar is a small group of accommodations arranged around a central pool. The rooms are clean and have the basics: a little kitchen with a microwave, hob, and fridge. Towels were replaced daily, sheets weekly, and the grounds were swept and tidied each day. Karl is around most mornings, very helpful, and speaks excellent English. We hope to return.
