Oasis Royal

The view of the ocean and garden was fantastic, and the garden itself was beautiful. The apartment was spacious, it was cheap, staff were friendly and responsive at different times of day, and they let us check in early. There was a lot to like, but the problems dragged the stay down, especially since several seem fixable with a deep clean, a bit of freshening up, and working WiFi. There was no usable WiFi during our 4-day stay. At first we were told to restart the router, then told twice that the provider was doing work and the connection would be back to normal by the end of the day. It never became usable. Pages took about two minutes to load. The apartment had clearly been cleaned after the previous guests, but it seemed management didn’t allow time for a proper deep clean. I’ve never seen that level of dirt. The bathroom was full of mould and smelled of it. The kitchen cupboard handles were so dirty I was disgusted to touch them, the remote had a thick layer of dust, and the walls hadn’t been redecorated in ages. There was no soap, just one roll of toilet paper, and the TV was tiny.
