The rooftop was quiet, with its own bar and a spectacular view. We could use the rooftop and infinity pool throughout our stay. Our room in block 3 was lovely, and the decking outside led to a small, quiet “hydrotherapy pool.” It was freezing, though. Hydrotherapy pools are usually warm. We also had a table, two chairs and two sun loungers, which were perfect during the day. The room was remade daily, but I wouldn’t say it was cleaned. They just made the bed and changed the towels. Around the main pool there was the usual sunbed war, with people reserving beds early. Dining and drinks felt limited. There was one buffet restaurant for everything, and another restaurant you could book, but with little choice. There was also a pool bar and a sports bar. Drinks at the sports bar stopped at 11:30pm and entertainment ended at 11:15, so as a younger couple we had to ask for a couple of drinks to take up to our room. The sports bar entertainment was great, with live singers every day doing songs everyone could get behind. The location was brilliant for us, about a 20-minute walk to the Corralejo strip and 15 minutes to the beach. We’d come back if there were more à la carte and bar options. We’re used to a lobby bar or being able to get drinks past 11:30. I’d recommend it for older couples or families with children.

The rooms were excellent, and the pool area was perfect for sunbathing, with great loungers and nice surroundings. We stayed for three days, with breakfast and lunch included. The food selection was top-notch, and we could choose from a wide range of drinks with our meals. The cleanliness was also top-notch. We’ll come back.

What a fabulous hotel, a real gem to find. The food and drinks were really good, and it was excellent value for money. The entertainment was among the best we’ve experienced. Gino was amazing with kids and adults, and the music and other acts were all truly five-star. Samba was a fantastic barman, full of happiness and joy. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed with family and friends over December, New Year’s Eve and January, and had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic, with a different range of cuisines each day that kept every meal interesting. Staff were always friendly, polite and ready to help. The New Year’s meal and entertainment were well organized and pleasantly surprised me. Our room was in the older building and was excellent, with a stunning view. My only suggestion is to consider adding air conditioning to rooms that don’t have it, to make summer stays more comfortable.

The rooftop pool is gorgeous, and there was plenty of space around the other pool too. No trouble getting sun loungers, and the area was spotless, with staff working hard to keep it that way. The room was spacious and the cleaners did a great job. Breakfast had lots of choice, and on half board we could choose either lunch or dinner, which was really useful. We walked into town for most of our dinners. The gym was really well stocked, with a squat rack, plenty of bars and plates, dumbbells, machines, a hip thrust bench and cardio equipment. I also used the spa, which has a heated pool, sauna, steam room and plunge pool. There are only three stone benches, so it’s not really a place to sit and read or chill. The hotel also has a useful WhatsApp system for booking things and asking questions. Would recommend.
