Corralejo Surfing Colors Apartamentos

The staff were the best part, always attentive and smiling. We’ll definitely come back. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast is delicious, and the pool area is great. It’s a great hotel in a perfect location, very close to Collalejo city center.

We had a great three-night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I especially liked the sun terrace. A hot tub or jacuzzi would be a great addition. There’s a fantastic Italian restaurant just a minute’s walk away, with a supermarket a little farther down the road.

The rooms were roomy and spotless, and the heated outdoor pool was a nice surprise. The staff were superb. It’s a great family hotel, within easy walking distance of town for food, drinks, and entertainment, with small quiet beaches nearby. A perfect holiday base for a family or a couple.

We came back from this trip five days ago and I’m still not feeling fully well. We had a bad bout of stomach trouble during the stay. I can’t say it came from the hotel, but I did see a staff member wipe the counters and menus, then use that same glove to start making a sandwich. It made me wonder if the two things were connected. The apartment in the brochure looked spacious, with a kitchen area, but what we got was very different. The TUI representative also wouldn’t come to the hotel to talk through our problems. There was no room cleaning during our 10-day stay unless we paid 35 euros per person. We changed the sheets ourselves once, and towels were changed twice. If that’s the sort of service you’re after, Surfing Colours might suit you. For us, it was easily our worst holiday.
