We're still waiting for our money back, and the amount was taken from my card twice. After many reminders, emails, calls, and messages, we haven't managed to get either refund. When I booked, I was charged the full amount despite the notes saying there'd be no charge and the reservation was fully refundable. Much later, I was charged again for no reason. He disappears, hangs up, and won't answer. His replies are vague and he never addresses direct questions, so we have no way to recover the money. I want to file a complaint. I wouldn't stay at this property again, and I want nothing to do with people like that. I absolutely wouldn't recommend booking here.

Unauthorized charges were made to credit cards, and the establishment was shady and uncooperative. Thieves. Stay away if you don't want to be scammed.

They're real swindlers. They owe their staff money and treat them like dogs.

It looks even more spectacular than the photos. Beautiful, and very clean.
