The restaurant was a highlight for me. Try the burrata with strawberries and the Risotto de Pulpo, some of the best food I've had on the island. The location is excellent, and the staff were wonderful. Beautiful rooms in a stunning building. Best hotel in La Orotava, highly recommended.

Thanks for a wonderful day of our vacation at your hotel. We had a really incredible stay. I'm a soldier in the UA army, and the quiet and quality of the service gave us a much-needed, restful break. Jose was so thoughtful and thorough in helping us choose local entertainment.

We had a lovely room at a fantastic price. I like the dated feel, it's beautiful and romantic. New carpets would be nice, since that wouldn't take much. Otherwise, really lovely!

The breakfast and restaurant were both excellent, and the staff at reception and in the restaurant were incredible. The hotel is beautiful, full of history and charm, and as a place to explore La Orotava from, I'd recommend it. We were upgraded to the suite, but it was still very hot at night, with windows that couldn't be opened. Some cosmetic updating is needed. The shower head was broken, and neither the fridge nor the safe worked. We were only there for two nights, so it was fine for us. I'd stay again during an autumn to spring visit, when it would be cooler.
