We liked staying there for a few weeks, and it was peaceful, with Valladolid not too far away. The house is quite large and has a small garden. It’s an old house with some renovated things, and there’s almost no sound insulation between the bedrooms. We also spent a lot of time fighting ants in the kitchen. We got poison for them, but it didn’t solve the problem completely.

The garden and dining room were especially lovely, and both had plenty of space. We spent a wonderful weekend at Casa Rural La Moderna for my parents’ golden wedding anniversary. The house is beautiful and cozy, and the owner was charming and very attentive. I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing, comfortable family weekend.

The terrace was incredible, with two porches, a barbecue, tables, sun loungers, and more. Inside, the kitchen and dining area were welcoming and well equipped, while the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. A group of friends and I had a wonderful weekend in this charming house, full of lovely details and exquisite decor. Every room was a pleasure. 100% recommended. Thanks again to the owner for her kind hospitality. We’d love to return.

My family and I had a great weekend in this restful place. The house is spacious, and the decor has been carefully done. The hosts are extremely kind. It’s a good base for outings and activities nearby, in an area known for its roasts and wineries. We found the recommendations for vineyards and restaurants worthwhile. There are also great options for cycling, horseback riding, and long walks in the countryside.
