The buffet had plenty of food to choose from and was good, and I'd definitely recommend it. It's also very close to the beach, and the place is peaceful and quiet if that's what you're after. The staff were friendly, and it seems like a good holiday spot for families with children. The one thing that annoyed me was having to pay for water with meals even though we'd booked full board, after already spending so much. Other than that, it was nice staying there.

The room was good, but there was only one charging socket. I had to charge another phone in the bathroom. Breakfast was just okay, but still good.

We stayed here in July with my wife, daughter, and nephew after reading mixed reviews, and decided to give it a try. The room on the fourth floor was spacious and comfortable, with large, comfortable beds, a good bathroom, and a handy fridge for water and soft drinks. The room was in very good condition. The hotel itself is quite big, with a spacious lobby and a bar and social area on the left as you come in. The lifts and games room are at the end of the lobby, and the pool is accessed from the first floor. The lifts were often busy, so we got some exercise taking the stairs. The food was good and varied, and there was always something to eat. Salads were fresh, and there was a good choice for the kids. Of course, after two weeks some dishes repeat. We found the lunch and dinner queues were best avoided by going 45 minutes before closing. The dining times were more "Spanish", so eating later worked for us. We always found sun loungers at the fairly decent-sized pool, and the kids loved the slide. There are lots of children around, so this isn't a place for a romantic getaway. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. There's quite a lot of seaweed, which may bother you if you don't like it, but the beach itself is nice and there are pleasant walks along it. We enjoyed our stay and would go back. The English translations could be improved :)

You’ll mostly find Spanish holidaymakers here, along with some French and German guests. Reception can generally manage in English, and there’s usually someone who speaks it in the restaurant. It’s a good place to get a feel for a Catalan and Spanish holiday hotel. Not really aimed at young people, though there are couples travelling with children.

The breakfast was a letdown, especially the chemical-tasting orange juice and very oily omelette. The place also feels quite old, and to me it comes across more like a three-star hotel than a four-star one.
