We were supposed to stay four nights, but after two we were already looking elsewhere. Six of us were squeezed into a tiny space, constantly bumping into each other. There was no storage, so our things had to go back in the car or under the bed. The stairwells had no lights, which felt dangerous. There was no heating. The gas heater didn’t work, and the electric one, which took up so much room, didn’t work either. After one freezing night an engineer came, said he’d replace it, and never came back. This is a ski hotel, and we had no heat for a second night. The place was relatively clean, but looked like it hadn’t been refurbished in 15 years. The poor receptionist was alone with hundreds of people waiting to check in, and the wait was 40 minutes to an hour. After showers, with the windows shut because the room was so small, it smelled putrid. The food was okay but nothing special. The location was okay, though you have to drive to a ski resort. People call it cheap, but for what you get it’s a rip-off. You’d be more comfortable in a prison cell.

A cheap ski holiday might suit this place. The resort is very quiet apart from school kids, and the buildings look attractive from outside but rather tired overall. There are very few shops or restaurants, and they only open after you’ve finished skiing for the day.

The view is amazing and everyone there is kind. The food isn’t very good, though, and the rooms are in bad shape, small, with lots of damaged stuff. I could hear people on the floor below when I was trying to sleep. For me, it wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t come back.

There are lots of fun things for kids, so it works well for a family trip. It was a bit too busy and noisy for the quiet getaway I had in mind.

The price felt fair for what you get, and it had everything needed for sleeping and resting comfortably. Breakfast wasn't the best quality, and I wouldn't say the spa was worth it.
