This was my second year visiting, and it didn’t disappoint. The place is clean and well kept. Something was going on in the women’s changing room this time, so I had to change in the bathroom. It was a bit uncomfortable, but nothing major. The only other snag was that the website wouldn’t take our payment, even after we tried four cards, including one Spanish card. We managed to go in at 10 and book for 11. Still a great, relaxing experience!

The thermal pools aren’t included, despite what the website says. Even after paying for a massage, you can’t use them. It costs €34 per person just to use the hot tub. We booked three nights but left after one.

A spacious, clean, and very comfortable room, and the spa was really nice. The hotel itself is pleasant but dated and could use some cosmetic updates. The soundproofing between rooms wasn’t very good, and the WiFi didn’t work at all.

The spa was fine, though nothing memorable, and the staff came across as abrupt. The place gave us a strong 1970s Soviet Russia feeling.

I loved the hot stone treatment, and the staff member who spoke English was friendly. My experience with the woman with a dark blonde ponytail was very different. She didn't speak English, was rude and impatient, and left out information I needed. When I finished and said goodbye, she deliberately ignored me. It left me feeling bad about the visit.
