A very good stay.

The bathroom was fairly spacious, but the kitchenette was tiny. For a short stay, it’s fine, though the room feels cramped if you don’t have a terrace. You mostly just sleep there, but it still gets quite warm even with the windows open. There are a couple of fans, which were great for sleeping in mid-August, even though the room doesn’t face south.

The service was friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. There’s also a nice little terrace for meals. The apartments are very well located, close to the beach and just above a lively stretch of bars and restaurants. You might expect the noise to make nights awful, but you can’t hear a thing inside. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a minor hiccup with check-in: we arrived at 2:00 PM, but check-in isn’t until after 4:00 PM, and reception is closed from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. They did explain this by email when we booked, but we missed it, so keep it in mind when planning your arrival. Otherwise, it’s a highly recommendable place for its location, price, facilities, and service. Everything was clean and well maintained. The room had a living area, bathroom, and bedroom, with a microwave, refrigerator, and small stove with two electric burners. The basic kitchenware and cutlery were enough for our stay, and reception can help if anything is missing. There’s also a large supermarket nearby. It’s very close to the beach and in an area with plenty of places to shop and spend time, though the town is about a 45-minute walk away. There’s a regular bus right outside that goes into town.
