Parking was easy, and the beds were comfortable with good heating. The location worked well too. Hard to ask for more.

We went ahead because they promised to send an invoice. This happened around the power outage, so we didn't raise it then, given what was going on. Months later, after asking for it by phone, I still haven't received it, and they don't answer my WhatsApp messages either. Now I'm out of pocket because my company won't accept the expense without proof. It's disgraceful.

It was peaceful here, and the castle is very close. We were made to feel welcome, with really friendly service. A great place.

Parking was no problem, and the area was very quiet. The owner paid attention to things, the furniture was fine, and the heating worked well. The mattresses could use replacing. It's a good spot, about 25 minutes from El Escorial.

The apartment is right in the center, and the heating worked perfectly, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. The kitchen and dishes were dirty, and some were broken. Dish towels and sofa covers were filthy, and the sheets and towels smelled bad. The bedrooms looked nicely decorated, but their linens were stained and had pet hair on them. The mattresses and bed frames were in awful shape, the chairs were badly glued together, and the dining table collapsed when we opened it.
