Adorable urban suites

Everything is close by, and Playa de Canteras is just a 10-minute walk away. My room was clean and quiet. Jesse and his family were kind and caring during my four nights in Las Palmas. I highly recommend it.

Jesse was a fantastic host, easy to reach and helpful with advice before we arrived and throughout our stay. My mother and I loved this beautiful accommodation. It was very clean, newly renovated, and especially quiet, with lots of shops and the beach nearby. I can only recommend it!

The terrace and location could have made this a nice property, but the landlord and management made us regret staying. We paid a 100£ deposit by bank transfer, and it was kept on several grounds. They claimed the flat was dirty and the cleaner needed four hours, though she had cleaned the whole place in two hours during our stay, just two days before we left. They also claimed we had too many guests and had changed the boiler setting. I'm not a plumber, and I had better things to do on holiday than touch a boiler. We complained to Booking.com that the landlord was dishonest, but they said they didn't want to get involved. That was shocking. As other comments have mentioned, the place is infested with cockroaches coming out of all the bathroom and kitchen sinks. Some lights and the audio speaker didn't work when we arrived, and nothing was fixed. We expected two double beds but got two sets of two single beds, different from what the listing said.

Cockroaches everywhere, a dirty flat, and unresponsive management made for a really bad stay with a friend, who had booked for both of us. At the end, the landlord kept our deposit, claiming we'd left the flat dirty even though the cleaning lady had cleaned it two days before. Outrageous!
