There’s no free parking, which was the downside, but the location is great if you want to experience life in Las Palmas, Spain. The owner is very understanding and willing to help with anything. I’d recommend the apartment.
Definitely a negative experience. The space is small, the closet is tiny, and the balcony is barely a square meter. There’s a wall-mounted kitchen table, but once you open it, you can’t get through. Cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired.
The apartment was much nicer than we expected, and everything was spotless. Parking was a lucky find since there were very few spaces. They weren’t very flexible when it came to returning the key.
A very basic place, but it’s in a good location.
