The location is the main plus: very central, just two blocks from Las Canteras beach. Cleanliness wasn't great. Since we visited in February, we didn't see cockroaches, although I've read reviews saying they appeared in summer. We definitely won't return. I'd rather pay a bit more for better hygiene.
The staff were friendly, but that couldn't make up for the condition of the place. The apartment and building felt neglected, with poor maintenance and cleanliness throughout. We were moved from the renovated studio we had booked at Le Paradis to apartment 6C in Blanco Sahara after asking for a double bed if possible; they said we'd be more comfortable there. It faced an inner courtyard, where we heard all kinds of noise. We were very disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend these apartments or the company, especially for a family holiday.
We stayed in the white apartment, not the green one. It was very nice, though a few things let it down. The outdoor terrace could use a light. The bathroom window faces an inner courtyard, and cockroaches come in if you leave it open. Both the sofa bed and the regular bed were in awful shape and terrible to sleep on.
