BEDBUGS!!!!!! I woke up with bed bugs crawling and biting all over my body. When we told the staff, they moved us to another location. We spent a fortune and our last vacation day washing all our clothes at a nearby Laundromat. We asked them to reimburse the stay and cover the laundry, and they hesitated before agreeing. Do not stay here!

The room is small but clean, and the price is fair. The place is well located between the main bus station and the beach. We could hear music from a club or bar from midnight to 2am on Friday and Saturday. Earplugs make it okay, but it could be tough if you're sensitive to noise. We have to go up to the rooftop to cook, since the ground-floor kitchen is only for preparation. Still, we had a very nice stay. Thanks.

BED BUGS !!!!! I'm covered in bites, and I'm hiding my arms and legs because I'm afraid people will see them. I can't be in the sun for the rest of my trip because the bites can cause pigmentation. This experience has ruined my holiday and my confidence, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I'd read through reviews before booking and confirmed they'd had a bed bug situation for some time. They clearly don't care, as they've ignored every message since I raised the issue. I spent a fortune washing my clothes, buying a new suitcase, and more. I was meant to continue travelling and meet my boyfriend in another city, but I was too nervous he might take them home, since I was due to meet him the day I realized what was wrong. All I want is an apology and a refund. They refuse to give me either. Do not stay here under any circumstances!!!

The double room with shared bathroom, called Altillo, was awful. The bed will break your back, and the rooms are small, damp, and ugly. Most showers only have cold water, and there is no soundproofing.
