Casa Boisser

We were there for 2 nights and found the place exceptionally clean, easy to get around, and nicely fitted out with modern accessories. The entry system was a particular favorite, no card or keys to keep track of. Keep it up, I’d definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was very good, the cleaning staff were friendly, and the pool area was clean and pleasant. Still, the housekeeping problems had a big effect on our stay. We arrived to find a dirty bedsheet, which shouldn’t happen in a hotel. During the stay, staff went through our personal belongings and rearranged them. They put items together in ways that felt unhygienic, like a razor in a toothbrush cup. Some of our things were mistakenly thrown away too, including a camping knife from a special set, which is now unusable. The good parts couldn’t make up for what felt like unacceptable housekeeping.

The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly too. It’s a quiet place with a nice pool in the middle, and it’s close to bus stop Nr. 1.

We had a terrace room with lots of space, a comfortable bed, climate control, good WiFi, and a small fridge stocked with water. The shared spaces were cosy too, with several terraces, a pool area and sun beds, a kitchen with a coffee machine, and a lounge with sofas and TV. It felt especially cosy around Christmas. There was an issue with the access code, but they fixed it very quickly. We’d definitely recommend staying here.
