Hotel Catalina Plaza

Lorena at reception was maybe the nicest and most helpful receptionist I've ever met. My room, Number 206, was lovely and spotless. I'm pretty sure a wonderful, helpful Filipino lady prepared it. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was great, and the electric curtains were elegant. The room also had good sound insulation. One small issue, which may only affect this room: the bathroom's external window had no curtain. Streetlights came through it, though that wasn't a problem on its own. The trouble was that the frosted-glass bathroom door let a lot of that light into the bedroom.

The rooftop was a nice bonus, with a hot tub and lovely views. This is a reasonably priced boutique hotel with modern, clean rooms and lovely staff. It's mostly quiet despite being central, with Santa Catalina bus station and the beach both about five minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay, and Las Palmas is well worth checking out.

A great roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and stylish rooms make this the best place to stay in Las Palmas. It's very central, with nice bars and restaurants nearby. There's a parking garage near the Aquarium, costing €10 a night, or €5 until 23:59.

Our room was comfortable, freshly renovated, and equipped with very new technology. It even had shower systems in the toilet in the room and the one on the terrace. The breakfast is worth recommending too, especially the freshly made omelettes.
