The apartment is in a great spot, surrounded by good restaurants and bars, and Las Palmas Cathedral nearby adds a nice cultural touch. The internet and Wi-Fi were reliable and stayed stable throughout our visit. But the apartment was so dirty that we were very disappointed with the stay. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. We arrived to find crumbs and stains in the kitchen, dusty surfaces, and grimy window handles. Some areas looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months or even years, including the top of the water closet and the wall sockets. Given the price, we would never have booked if we'd known how it really was. I strongly encourage anyone reading reviews to look at the attached photos and videos, which show just how neglected and unclean it was.
