Crisol Faycán

The location is great, less than a minute from the end of the street where you can see the view shown in the video. I could catch a glimpse of it from my window too. The service was fantastic. The staff’s English wasn’t perfect, but they really tried to help. My room was basic, and I didn’t understand why it had a kitchen with no equipment, so it wasn’t usable. The bathroom was in rough shape, with mold in several places and a broken shower head clip. I was there for work and got picked up before breakfast started, so I can’t comment on it. I’ve stayed in worse places, so it wasn’t too bad, but I wouldn’t choose it for a holiday.

At night you can hear the sea, and even with the promenade nearby, it never gets too noisy to leave the window open. The staff are really nice and always ready to help. The place has its own charm and atmosphere.

The rooms were spacious and had soft beds. Breakfast was okay, and the staff were nice.

The only good things were the friendly staff and being close to the beach. The accommodation was very basic, more like a hostel than a three-star hotel. There was a kitchen but no equipment at all, not even a glass or plate, and no electric kettle, so what was it for? We paid €150 for one night, and it wasn’t worth €50. This is one of the worst places I’ve stayed.
