10/10
A spacious, quiet room right in the city center, close to a good supermarket and a fresh food market. The sea isn't too far away, either. Breakfast had some great choices, and the staff were very helpful when I had questions.

10/10
The hotel is walkable from the beach, pedestrian shopping streets, and several shopping centers. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly, especially the breakfast team. A wonderful stay.

4/10
I was told by the staff that the hotel hasn't had a jacuzzi for five years. It was calm and pleasant during my January carnival weekend, but you can hear through the walls between rooms.

8/10
The only mix-up was the hot tub shown on the website: it isn't currently in use. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay. Our room was comfortable, clean, and stocked with toiletries and fresh towels, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices for different diets. The location made it easy to walk to most of Las Palmas, and buses stop right outside. The staff were friendly and happy to help.

6/10
At Hotel Livvo Fataga, the rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. I could hear both neighboring rooms and outside noise, though, since the rooms aren't soundproof, which made relaxing harder. The location was nice, and the stay was pleasant apart from that.
