The team's flexibility really stood out when we had to change our accommodation plans. They sorted it quickly and treated us with real kindness and understanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. We also loved the stylish, comfortable contemporary design, the spotless upkeep, and the generous breakfast buffet with lots of fresh, healthy choices. The hotel felt modern and beautiful, and suited our needs perfectly. Nights can be noisy because of the location, so booking a higher floor helped us get farther from traffic sounds, especially with the windows open. The surrounding area may become more inviting as it develops. We'd gladly stay again.

Elena at reception was friendly and gave great help with whatever I asked. The rest of the staff were efficient without making things feel rushed. We enjoyed the room, breakfast, and rooftop bar during our three-night stay. Parking was right next door by the Casino, and the beach, restaurants, and port were all walkable. Top!

We loved our stay earlier this year, and only remembered to review while booking for June 2026. The staff were wonderful, especially Nelly, and we hope to see her again. The rooms were impressively spacious and always clean. When we celebrated our birthdays there, the team went above and beyond by having a cake delivered to our room. Great location, a good breakfast selection, and, above all, lovely staff. We'll recommend it and can't wait to return!

From the outside the hotel looked a bit strange, but stepping inside completely changed my impression. I really liked the atmosphere and the service was great. I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

We're staying here now and have found cockroaches in two places: first one crawling around the bathroom last night, then another hanging on the hallway wall after we were moved to a different room. When we reported the first one this morning, reception said they'd never seen cockroaches and had never had a problem with them. The receptionist wasn't helpful when we went back, just told us to contact hotels.com because there was nothing she could do. I wouldn't choose this hotel again or recommend it.
