Everything was new and well equipped with what you need. I really liked the place, and the host was great.

The dishes were stained and disgusting, so I preferred eating from the food containers. We could hear noise from the kitchen and other rooms, and there wasn't any shower gel in our room. Getting inside was frustrating too: we spent 15 minutes outside in the rain trying to make the keypad code work, and nobody answered our calls. The location is awful. You have to leave your car on the avenue below and climb what feels like endless stairs through the suburbs. I definitely don't recommend this place.

My husband had booked a room for the 14th, but Storm Claudia led to the ferries and flights to Gran Canaria being cancelled. We called to explain, and you said Booking.com wouldn't refund us. Booking.com then confirmed that you had refused to return the money. So you're lying too, and keeping our money. I don't recommend this place!

The stairs were hard for me because of my lower back problems, though I know I should have looked into the accommodation more carefully. If you like walking, it's a good spot: the historic center is 15 minutes away on foot, and buses to different places run right along the main avenue. The place itself is very nice, the owner is attentive, and we got a good welcome with breakfast and a bottle of wine. I do recommend it.
