Lightbooking Livian Suites Las Palmas

The roof terrace was there, though I didn’t enjoy it because of the fried oil smell from nearby restaurants. There wasn’t a balcony. Still, it was a really good place to stay. The studio had everything we needed for four nights, including a washing machine, which was handy since we’d been travelling for a while. The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking.

The best part of Livian Suites is how close it is to the beach, local restaurants and a supermarket, which makes shopping easy. The modern apartments are well equipped, and my February stay was just about comfortable without air conditioning. In hot weather, I think the lack of AC would make it quite uncomfortable. Entry always requires your phone. The system works very well, but it does mean someone has to take a phone along to the beach. There’s parking that uses the same system, but book it in advance! All in all, a very pleasant place to stay.

I had a lovely stay, and the apartment was really nice for such a reasonable price. I’ll definitely book here again on my next trip to Las Palmas.

The beach is just around the corner, and our two-bedroom apartment was clean, modern and quiet, with no noise from outside or other apartments. The kitchenware was good and everything worked well. At first, we had some trouble getting into the apartment. I wouldn’t recommend using the link to open the door, but once you get the hang of the lock, it’s all good.
